Supporting DC’s Communities
- This organization has been a client of BBG for 12 years. BBG has provided support and continuity for the organization through a period of tremendous growth and through 4 different executive directors.
- Provided stable financial and operational support so that the organization could grow and focus on their vision and was able to expand, get financing and build a community center to provide support for an underserved community.
- Took on a comprehensive finance role including invoicing, banking and credit card reconciliations and monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Set up of financial infrastructure for the finance/accounting function and worked to ensure the structure of operations would go smoothly.
- Supported organization’s growth from 11 full time employees to 35 full time employees plus numerous part time employees in 2022.
- BBG supported revenue growth from $1.4 million in 2011 to $5.5 million in 2022.
